Cancellation Policy
You must inform Bass' River Resort by 10 a.m., seven(7) full days in advance of any changes or cancellations to receive a refund; less a $20.00 service charge. If the cancellation is less than 7 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited.

Rainy Day Raincheck Policy
If it is raining the morning of the float and is still raining at 12:00 noon, you will be issued a rain-check for a future date of your choice based upon availability. The rain-check will be valid for one year from the date issued. If the rain stops before 12:00 noon, no rain checks will be issued. No refunds for early returns. Ranchecks or refunds are not available for camping or lodging.
