Lodging Houses

Our Lodging Houses are spacious 4 bedroom units that sleep up to 20 people per unit maximum. We offer four Lodging Houses - the Buck, Doe, Coyote Creek and Wolf Den. Each Lodging House consists of 4 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds in each, a large living room with 2 queen hide-away couches, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a fireplace. All lodging units have a fire ring, picnic table and charcoal grill, heat & A/C.

A 2 night minimum stay on weekends and a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends is required. Sunday and/or Thursday nights on holiday weekends are Saturday night's rates.

Lodging Check-in: 3:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

  • A security deposit of $250.00 will be taken at registration. If any damages or property is stolen this may result in loss of security deposit and additional fines will be assessed.
  • A copy of your driver's license will also be required upon check-in for all lodging.
  • Someone in group must be 21 years of age to rent lodging.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Early check-in fee of $25.00 p/unit, if the unit is clean and available
  • We require a 50% deposit that is applied towards lodging balance. Deposit is due within ten (10) days of making the reservation. Lodging Balance & member list are due ten (10) days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation Policy: All lodging must be cancelled 10 full days in advance to receive a refund, less a $20 service charge.  Any cancellations or changes made less than 10 days of your arrival date will result in the full amount forfeited.
  • Guests must provide own linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows) and kitchen utensils including pots & pans.

$25.00 Non-Refundable Pet Cleaning Fee (per pet) on all lodging units! A $50.00 charge will applied per person to cabins with a pet not registered during check-in.
