2018 Helpful Tips

Spring is just around the corner, bringing with it warmer weather, green grass, some much needed rain, and the start of camping season!

We have been busy working to provide our guests with the latest information, deals, and assistance setting up their reservations for the upcoming season. We’d like to take the time to pass on some helpful information to help guide you in the process of making reservations.

First off, we offer online reservations or if you prefer, you may call us and speak with one of our friendly representatives. We are here to take your reservation, guide and assist you, and can even give you options on what might work best for your family or group during your stay with us. Some things to help make the process easier for you are:

1.             Know your dates – what day will you arrive, day of departure

2.            How many people do you expect? We will ask for ages to better assist you and give accurate quotes. We break age groups into Adults (13 years & up), Youth (8-12 years), and Child (7 & under).

3.            Do you prefer camping or lodging? Do you know the type of campsite or cabin you prefer?

4.            Will you be floating during your stay? If so, what type of water craft will you want to float in – Canoe, Kayak, or Raft?

We collect deposits to guarantee reservations. Some services and all Great Escape Packages require full payment in order to be guaranteed. Deposits and balances are due by the date set up by Bass’ River Resort or 10 days after making your reservation. We encourage guests to pay balances in full prior to check in to lessen the amount of time it takes to register upon arrival. Be sure to have the make, model, color, and plate number for each vehicle. All guests are required to sign a waiver when registering.

We hope these tips have been helpful in the planning of you stay with us. Remember, we are always happy to assist our guests with any questions or changes to their reservations or to help guests set up new reservations.

Deluxe Cozy Cabins

Deluxe Cozy Cabins

The Deluxe Cozy Cabins will accommodate up to 7 people per unit, maximum. Each unit has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a double/single bunk bed and a living room with a queen size hide-a-bed. Units are furnished with a kitchenette that includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and table with chairs. They also inlcude heat & A/C, restroom with shower and deck. All lodging units come with fire ring, picnic table and charcoal grill. A 2 night minimum on weekends and a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends is required. Sunday nights on holiday weekends are Saturday rates.
