Step 1 Plan your Activities - Find out more about our Great Escape package or customize your own trip.
Step 2a Group Organizer - Use for group without a meal plan. Print out the Group Organizer Sheet that helps you collect individual information and saves check-in time for your trip.
Step 2b Group Organizer w/BBQ- Use for group plans with a meal. Print out the Group Organizer Sheet that helps us collect individual information for the trip(Acrobat PDF 60 kb).
Step 3 Floating Release Form- This form is required by all floaters. If under 18 a legal guardian must sign the consent.
Step 4 Handouts- Preparation information for your group members.
Step 5 Brochure- Request our brochure to give to your group members. This will include information that may assist you in completing your Leader Sheet.
Step 6 Reservations- Once you have made your reservation, print and complete all these forms and fax or mail them to us. Payment is required in full prior to your arrival.
