• Someone in the group must be 21 years of age to rent lodging.
• Early check-in fee of $50.00 p/unit, if the unit is clean and available.
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Guests are subject to a $250.00 security deposit per unit upon check-in. If any damage or property is stolen, this may result in loss of the security deposit, and additional fines will be assessed.

Guest must provide their own linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows) & toiletries. Basic kitchen utensils are provided for up to 8 guests.

Cancellation Policy: All lodging must be cancelled 14 full days in advance to receive a refund, less a $35 service charge. Any cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before your arrival date will result in the full amount forfeited.

Pet Fee: $50.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (per pet), for the duration of your stay on all lodging units! A $150.00 charge will be applied per pet to cabins with pets not registered during check-in.
