Hickory Hollow & Cedar Creek Lodges are two of our most popular houses due to the privacy they offer to our guests. These units have an open upstairs loft with 2 Queen-size beds, a main floor that consists of 2 bedrooms with a Queen-size bed in each, a large living room with a fireplace & 2 Queen sofa sleepers. A lower level which contains 2 bedrooms, one with 1 Queen bed and one with 2 queen-size beds, a walk-out living room area with 2 queen sofa sleepers. A full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffee pot). 2 Bathrooms; one on the main level & one on the lower level. A 2-night minimum is required, 3 nights on holiday weekends. Guests must provide their own linens & toiletries. Basic kitchen utensils are provided for up to 8 guests. Toilet paper is provided. Special Events, regardless of the dates, are priced at a different rate.

- Early check-in fee of $50.00 p/unit, if the unit is clean and available.

- Guests are subject to a $250.00 security deposit per unit upon check-in. If any damage or property is stolen, this may result in loss of the security deposit, and additional fines will be assessed.
Guest must provide their own linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows), and toiletries. Basic kitchen utensils are provided for up to 8 guests.
Cancellation Policy: All lodging must be cancelled 14 full days in advance to receive a refund, less a $35 service charge. Any cancellations or changes made less than 14 days before your arrival date will result in the full amount forfeited.
Pet Fee: $50.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (per pet), for the duration of your stay on all lodging units! A $150.00 charge will be applied per pet to cabins with pets not registered during check-in.
