Lakeview House
Our Lakeview House is one of our off site rentals. Approximately 4 miles from the main resort. Lakeview consists of 3 bedrooms; one with a Queen size bed & Twin bed, one with 2 Queen Size beds, and one with a Full Size bunk bed & Queen bed. A large living room with 2 Queen Sofa Sleepers, additional Full Sofa Sleeper in the utility room, a full kitchen and two bathrooms. Guests must provide own linens & toiletries. Basic kitchen utensils are provided for up to 8 guests. Toilet paper is provided. Special Events, regardless of the dates, are priced at a different rate. You must call to reserve this unit.

· Guests are subject to a $250.00 security deposit per unit upon check-in. If any damages or property is stolen this may result in loss of security deposit and additional fines will be assessed
Guest must provide own linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows), toiletries and kitchen utensils including pots & pans. Basic kitchen utensils are provided for up to 8 guests.
· Cancellation Policy: All lodging must be cancelled 14 full days in advance to receive a refund, less a $35 service charge. Any cancellations or changes made less than 14 days of your arrival date will result in the full amount forfeited.
$50.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (per pet); for the duration of your stay on all lodging units! A $150.00 charge will be applied per pet to cabins with pets not registered during check-in
