· Early check-in fee of $50.00 p/unit, if the unit is clean and available.

· Guests are subject to a $150.00 security deposit per unit upon check-in. If any damages or property is stolen this may result in loss of security deposit and additional fines will be assessed

Guest must provide own linens (sheets, towels, blankets, pillows) , toiletries and kitchen utensils including pots & pans.

· Cancellation Policy: All lodging must be cancelled 14 full days in advance to receive a refund, less a $35 service charge. Any cancellations or changes made less than 14 days of your arrival date will result in the full amount forfeited.

$50.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (per pet); for the duration of your stay on all lodging units! A $150.00 charge will be applied per pet to cabins with pets not registered during check-in
