Meadow View Lodges
Meadow View’s make an ideal setting for large families or groups who require lots of space but wish to remain close to each other. The lodges consist of an open upstairs loft with 2 Queen size beds and a bathroom. The main floor consists of 2 bedrooms with 2 Queen size beds in each, a large living room with 2 Queen sofa sleepers, a bathroom and full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave & coffee pot). A wrap around porch for plenty of space to catch up with friends and family. 2 night minimum required, 3 nights on holiday weekends. Guests must provide own linens, toiletries and kitchen utensils. Toilet paper is provided.

· Guests are subject to a $250.00 security deposit per unit upon check-in. If any damages or property is stolen this may result in loss of security deposit and additional fines will be assessed

· Cancellation Policy: All lodging must be cancelled 14 full days in advance to receive a refund, less a $35 service charge. Any cancellations or changes made less than 14 days of your arrival date will result in the full amount forfeited.
$50.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee (per pet); for the duration of your stay on all lodging units! A $150.00 charge will be applied per pet to cabins with pets not registered during check-in
